Cancellations only of direct bookings 

In the case of a direct booking we offer free rebooking possibilities.

For cancelled travel for any reason or due to Covid-19 pandemic (flight cancellation, entry restrictions) we offer 18-month voucher. This ensure you that you will not lose your money and will have the chance to use your booking towards another holiday at a future date. This allow free cancellation or modification of your reservation up to 5 days before arrival.

If the reason for the cancellation, is due to corona infection (illness), where the guest can prove it (medical certificate), the cancellation is completely free of charge and any advance payments already made will be refunded.

General Cancellation Conditions

In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged

In case of cancellation or modification later than 21 days the 50% will be charged.

In case of no-show, cancellation 24h prior to check-in or early departure the total amount will be charged
